A Word from Debbie McLaughlin
My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Hinesville/Richmond Hill real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, responding quickly to your needs and actually caring about you.
I work with many military families relocating to the area and in many cases they have no idea where to buy a home so I act as a tour guide as well. I will show you all around the area and help you make the best possible decision when buying a home. I wonít let you make a mistake! It is my job to represent you and I take that responsibility very seriously, and I will not disappear once the sale is closed. I am here for you always. I will share with you my vast network of other trusted professionals you will need during the home buying process which includes lenders, inspectors, tradesmen, etc. You are not alone when you choose me as your agent and we may very well become friends in the process because I have found that many times, I am the only person you know when you get here.
If you want references, feel free to ask, it does not offend me. After all, you are making a very large purchase and you MUST feel good about your agent and trust them. I can give you a list of satisfied customers who would be happy to speak with you in depth about my service to them so you feel comfortable and I donít pay them to do it either. I repeat, you must feel comfortable with your agent and trust them so I encourage you to do this!
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I have never been one to claim I know everything so you may see me pulling out my GPS or iPad to locate a property or to get information on it or even picking up my phone to get answers to your questions. I am not insecure about doing that. If I donít know the answer to a question I will say so and then I will find out what the answer is!
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Hinesville or Richmond Hill areas, please contact me. Youíll be happy you did. And so will I.
